the
federal government is tightening the
measures previously planned against the corona pandemic. The revised Infection Protection Act now also includes a 2G-Plus regulation for events, the newspaper reported on Sunday, citing the draft amendments available to it. This means that certain events can only be attended by vaccinated and convalescent people with an additional negative corona test.
In addition, there should be a significant tightening of controls at the workplace.
According to the report, workers will then have to disclose their vaccination status when they enter their workplaces.
Those who have not been vaccinated or recovered need a negative corona test every day, the newspaper reported.
Employers should have the right to information, for this purpose "personal data as well as data on the vaccination, sero and test status with regard to the Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID-19), may be processed," it says in the draft.

"In the case of office work or comparable activities, the employer has to offer employees to carry out these activities in their home, if there are no compelling operational reasons", the newspaper quotes from the draft. “The employees have to accept this offer, provided there are no reasons to the contrary.” According to the

the parliamentary groups of the traffic light parties have been discussing the draft since the weekend. In particular with the FDP it is therefore still unclear how it positions itself.
According to "Bild", the planned 3G rule at the workplace - that is, the obligation to present proof of vaccination, recovery or a negative test result - provides that the employer does not have to offer tests.
Unvaccinated employees would therefore have to take care of a certified rapid test themselves on a daily basis.
