Our hospital, a masterpiece of coexistence, has become a battlefield.
It must not be allowed to happen
We have a golden opportunity where all the spotlight is on the Negev: let's take social responsibility, eradicate violence - and live a life of peace together.

Brawl in front of Soroka Hospital, two injured (police spokeswoman)
These days are difficult for all of us, Jews and Arabs alike.
The only and largest hospital in the Negev, which provides health services to all citizens of the south and which employs Jewish and Arab staff in all professions, has become an arena for war.
Staff and patients felt the blood of the nomad.
It is inconceivable that the safest environment for a person would become a battlefield.
The hospital is an example and role model for coexistence in its various aspects.
All patients receive fair and equal treatment and above all - excellent medicine.
The war in Corona is a good example of this: Jews and Arabs who worked together, shoulder to shoulder, fought in an arena full of uncertainty and real fear for their lives.
Have years of working together and providing optimal care gone down the drain in the wake of law-breaking rioters?
After all, living together before us, future generations will continue to be a generation under one umbrella.

We will not allow crossing such a bright red line to become an accepted social norm.
I call from here, my colleagues and friends - enough violence!
It is time for police and legal deterrence and to take all measures against lawbreakers.
In my view, the entry of visitors should be restricted and a sterile environment created as possible.

Violence has never yielded good, and since the dawn of history bad for humanity.
