Dozens of residents of the Negev demonstrated this evening (Monday) near Soroka Hospital, demanding the return of governance to the Negev and the restoration of security for the residents.

The demonstrators carried signs that read, among other things, "Enough of promiscuity in the Negev," "Let it grow quietly" and "Restoring security to the residents of the south."

This, after the riot that took place yesterday at a hospital, during which, among other things, shots were fired and two people were stabbed.

19 suspects were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the riots, which occurred as a result of a conflict between two families.
