Today, as we are going through the 51st anniversary of the establishment of this glorious movement led by the founding leader Hafez al-Assad, we must recall the achievements and compare them with what Syria is experiencing today and what it is pushing for in the terrorist war launched against it.
The correction movement has consolidated the independence of the national decision, built national institutions, and adhered to its patriotic and nationalist positions, and this is what has incited enemies from all sides, enemies who did not like that Syria owns its decision and adheres to its national positions. It does not deviate from it despite all the attacks and pressures it has faced over decades.
It is also not an exaggeration to say that the corrective movement contributed to creating a comprehensive development movement and deepened the cohesion between the people and their political leadership, and this was far from the period preceding the correction, and that movement also worked to strengthen the role of national institutions, especially the Syrian Arab Army, which wrote the epic epics of heroism. In October of liberation, he astonished the world with his heroism in all the fields he fought in defense of Arab national issues. He also astonished the world with his steadfastness and great sacrifices for the sake of the homeland, its pride and dignity.
The terrorist war was launched against Syria to destroy the achievements of the Syrian state, which was built in light of correction and undermining the independence of its political decision and national sovereignty. Fifty-one years have passed since the blessed movement, during which it achieved great hopes and accomplished a revival act that the Syrians have the right to be proud of, and we are still enjoying what has been achieved at that stage.

Today, as we commemorate this dear anniversary, we resolve to adhere to correction as an approach, to follow the path of correction and giving by exerting more effort and work, despite the difficulties we face under the siege and restrictions on us, for our certainty that the price we pay for its high cost will remain less expensive than the second options.
