Security cameras at the entrance to Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva documented the huge brawl that occurred last night (Sunday) at the entrance to the scene.

The video shows the participants, members of the Talalka and Alexasi families, throwing stones and other civilians fleeing the scene - all while a municipal enforcement vehicle is at the scene.

During the brawl, which caused a stir over the lack of governance in the south, four people were injured and 19 were arrested.

In the Queen, gunshots were heard at the scene.

The hospital said tonight that three of the four casualties had been released and another was hospitalized in fair condition.

"The violent incident that reached the gates of the emergency room and endangered the patients and hospital staff, illustrates to us how serious the situation is," said Dr. Shlomi Kodesh, director of the medical center. That is why we demand that vigorous actions be taken to maintain peace on the hospital island and its staff. "

One of the harshest criticisms heard after the incident was from Beer Sheva Mayor Rubik Danilovich.

He attacked the government, accusing the state of personal security in the south to the point of "loss of control of the State of Israel," as he put it.

"Our demand is to start working to dismantle the militias," Danilovich stressed. "A country that knows how to reach the Iranian nuclear archive must know how to handle clans."

He said these things against the backdrop of a series of recent violent incidents, particularly after the multi-participant brawl.

This morning, the heads of Bedouin authorities in the Negev also expressed disgust at the incident of violence.

"We strongly condemn this criminal act. It is outrageous and infuriating for them to do such a thing."

Said Faiz Abu Sayhben, Mayor of Rahat.

"The sanctity of a hospital is like the sanctity of a mosque."

He called on the police to handle the case harshly and called on residents to exercise restraint.

"To the residents of Be'er Sheva and the surrounding area, I want to say that we are all in one ship, we all suffer from violence and crime, we all look up to the work of law enforcement. Do not pray for racism and hatred of the other, the rampant violence is a disaster for all of us."
