The Council approved, by majority, the articles of the law from 6 to 17, with amendments being made to some of them after discussion and deliberation. Article 6 states that the mechanisms, vehicles and cars included in the fifth category and not suitable for use should be handed over to the state’s smelting plants for destruction and melting after the public authority has extracted the parts from them And the parts that are valid according to a technical report, except for the chassis, which must be delivered to the factory, and the authority receives a notification of that.

The schedules approved by the Competent Minister and including the vehicles, vehicles and vehicles operating with public authorities or confiscated pursuant to court rulings pursuant to Article 7 are considered an “official document” to be registered with the Directorate of Transport in the governorate in which the public entity’s workplace is located.

The Presidency of the Council of Ministers is informed of the mechanisms, vehicles and cars that could not be sold and returned to the owner until they are distributed to the public authorities that suffer from a shortage of their mechanisms free of charge without value in accordance with the requirements of Articles 12 and 13 within a period of 3 months from the date of their inability to sell them and are registered in the name of the party delivered to them to start after The expiry of the three-month period. The procedures for handing over these mechanisms to the state’s smelting plants, and the owner receiving them receives a notification. This project is also being implemented in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of it for a period of two years from the date of its issuance. It is forbidden to use any mechanism, vehicle or vehicle with government agencies that are not registered in the departments The competent transport after the expiry of the mentioned period, while the necessary executive instructions to implement the provisions of this project are issued by a decision of the Prime Minister and Law No. 76 of 2002 on public construction companies is repealed, according to Articles 15 and 16.
