Arson occurred in Kwun Tong.
At about 2 am today (16th), the police received a report stating that the iron gate of a restaurant on the 4th floor of Shui Wo Street Market had burnt and blackened marks, and two glass bottle shards were left on the ground.
After the police looked through the "Sky Eye" footage and investigated, it is believed that a man wearing a black shirt, black pants and a mask threw petrol bombs at the restaurant and classified the case as "arson".
The proprietor of the restaurant assisted the police in the investigation afterwards.
In the early morning of September 11 this year, the restaurant on the site had been set on fire by throwing petrol bombs. The iron gate and the ground were burnt.
The police looked through the CCTV footage and found that three men in black clothes poured flammable liquids and threw glass bottles at the restaurant. The owner of the restaurant reported that he did not complain.
