The police said that the Regional Crime Squad of West Kowloon Region yesterday (15th) arrested 5 more men and 1 woman (aged 25 to 40) in multiple locations in Kowloon and the New Territories on suspicion of "kidnapping" and "conspiracy to kidnap."
Together with the 6 men and 1 woman arrested earlier, a total of 13 people have been arrested so far.
