The UAE Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, discussed with the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General of the United Nations to Syria Geir Pedersen today the developments in the situation in Syria.
And the UAE (WAM) agency reported that Sheikh bin Zayed and Pedersen discussed during the meeting in Dubai ways to enhance international efforts to solve the crisis in Syria.
Sheikh bin Zayed renewed the UAE's support for all efforts made to consolidate security and stability in Syria and meet the aspirations of its people for development and prosperity.
