Two coaches lost their jobs in the Spanish league within hours.
Dusko Ivanovic was fired from Basconia and Jean Tabac finished his career in Burgos.
In both cases, Maccabi Tel Aviv's exes are connected.
Basconia decided to end Ivanovic's career following a bad season opener - 11th place in the league and a 6-3 balance in the Euroleague.
Ivanovic coached the club for 13 seasons in three terms and won two championships.
He will be replaced by Nevan Spahija, who will return to the club with which he took the championship in 2008.
In addition, he coached Maccabi for two terms.
In his second term he was fired after a season and a half about three years ago.
He has since worked as an assistant coach at Memphis and the Chinese League.

Burgos, the champion of the FIBA Champions League, fired Jean Tabak, who also coached Maccabi Tel Aviv in the past.
Tobacco arrived early in the season after coach Penaroya left for Valencia.
Burgos started the season in Spain with a 7: 3 balance.
