The 15-year-old and the 25-year-old man were arrested on Monday after the girl's body was found near Memmingen Airport.
Memmingen - A forensic medical examination has now shown that the 16-year-old suffered several stab wounds on the upper body and died from them.
According to the police, two knives that could be used as weapons were found in connection with the arrest of the 25-year-old.
The two suspects would have known the victim, said a police spokesman on Tuesday.
He did not want to give details "out of consideration for the bereaved".
The police did not provide any information about the course of events or a possible motive for the act of violence, with reference to the ongoing investigation.
