After Dorothee Fremann resigned from her position as chairwoman of the CSU Langenbach, the local association has completely reorganized itself.

After Dorothee Fremann resigned from her position as chairwoman of the CSU Langenbach, the local association has completely reorganized itself.

Langenbach

- The CSU Langenbach has practically completely renewed and significantly rejuvenated its board of directors after internal quarrels.

Interim chairwoman Christine Stein stepped back into the second member.

After chairwoman Dorothee Fremann's withdrawal and resignation in February, which came as a surprise to many, the long-time CSU boss Christine Stein took over the office as managing director.

As a reason, Stein gave in her report on "lack of communication and cohesion in the 2020 election campaign".

You could not comment on this because you had "been criticized", Stein said in front of a dozen members at the annual general meeting.

(By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

Stein felt "left alone" by everyone

She really couldn't understand all of this, but she felt “really alone” afterwards, said Stein about the situation after Fremann left. Stein also found it “surprising” that no one from the district CSU “was interested in it or offered help”. In any case, the desired change in the mayor's office had not been achieved in the local elections and since then there have only been two representatives in the local council instead of four, Stein regretted. In addition to Fremann, Korbinian Huber also left after 30 years.

Stein rated it as extremely positive that “a very committed group” had formed in the Langenbacher CSU in the spring.

Your spokesman Sascha Allwein had called a whole series of video conferences so that you could keep in touch and hold board meetings.

In addition, the group created an anonymous member survey to find out what is important to the supporters of the CSU.

Dedicated group keeps party alive

It is thanks to this group that we can look forward to the upcoming elections with confidence.

I mean, the vacant posts and vacancies would probably be filled again.

If that were not the case, then, according to Stein, there is even a fear that the local association will dissolve or that it will slam Haag and Zolling.

Stein also gave the members a brief overview of the work in the ward council.

She assessed positively that party politics did not play a role in a community like Langenbach.

"It's going pretty well, everyone decides according to their conscience," she said.

Stein counted the rehabilitation of the sewer and the upgrading of the sewage treatment plant to be among the “compulsory tasks” that have already been practically fulfilled.

The B 301 has also been finished in 2020.

In doing so, she asserted herself with a demand to ensure that Langenbach could pass through.

There are still some open construction sites

The councilor described the station building, which has still not been used, and the so-called “English Garden”, including the renaturation of the Langenbach, as open construction sites.

This puts you “on hold” as you would with a dormitory for senior citizens.

Even her own request for an improvement of the Ammer-Amperradweg has unfortunately not yet been implemented, said Stein.

Management positions were quickly given

Now it was the turn of the election officer and chairman of the regional Junge Union from Haag, Benedikt Flexeder.

He already had proposals for the election of the future management team.

Accordingly, the previous secretary Thomas Holst (44) stood for the post of 1st chairman and Sascha Allwein (41) as his deputy.

Thomas Wappler (17) was appointed secretary.

Lucy Grinda (43) applied for the office of treasurer.

Christine Stein and Elmar Ziegler assist the board as assessors.

In addition, there is now a digital officer at the Langenbacher CSU.

Jennifer Holst (30), who is already Vice-JU-Chair, will take on this area of responsibility, which the new chairman said is important at the present time.
