Yesterday, Monday evening, a 23-year-old Bernrieder overtook a Tesla driving in front of him on Tutzinger Hauptstrasse.
During this maneuver, the man showed the two occupants of the overtaken vehicle the outstretched middle finger for reasons that were previously unknown.
The 70-year-old driver of the Tesla got out at the next opportunity, went to the VW and kicked the vehicle to draw attention to himself.
Then the Bernrieder got out and hit the windshield of the Tesla, which broke.
Finally, they agreed to drive together to Kirchenstrasse and wait there for the police patrol, which has meanwhile been agreed.
The result of the events was that the 23-year-old Bernrieder was not only charged with insult and damage to property, but also for being drunk in traffic, as the officials found him to have an alcohol content of around 1.5 per mille.
The continued journey was therefore prevented, the vehicle key and the driver's license secured.
