Good news for the high school basketball league: After a lot of pressure and long after the crowd was allowed to enter the professional sports fields in the various industries, the Ministry of Education today (Tuesday) allowed fans to enter the league games as well.
As you may recall, more than two weeks ago,
"Israel Today" submitted an application to the Ministry of Education and the relevant parties in
an attempt to understand why only in the high school basketball league is allowed to enter, while in the sports fields tens of thousands of fans are crowded.
The Ministry of Education responded that it was a government decision to ban gatherings of more than 50 people as part of school activities.
Now that the high school league is reaching the deciding stages, it is estimated that many fans and family members will come to support the players after being banned for a long time.
Of course a green sign will be required at the entrance to the halls, and schools will be required to enforce the rules and guidelines of the Ministry of Health.
