There were violations above all in restaurants and clubs.

Middle Franconia - Due to the enormously increasing number of infections, the Bavarian state government has tightened the coronavirus regulations *.

The police headquarters in Middle Franconia, with the support of the Bavarian riot police, check whether the Corona * measures are being observed.

Above all, the catering and similar service providers are checked, as the Police Headquarters Middle Franconia writes in a report.

Middle Franconia: More than 80 corona violations on the weekend

Last weekend (November 12-14) almost 600 police officers were on duty in this context.

The officers checked over 250 companies and facilities in the entire Central Franconian area and found over 80 violations.

The Corona * requirements were disregarded, especially in the catering sector, as well as in discos and clubs.

Middle Franconia: Men with falsified vaccination certificates fled

During the controls, the officers also found falsified vaccination certificates.

In one case, two men fled a restaurant in downtown Nuremberg.

Two policemen were slightly injured in the persecution.

They were able to finally catch up with one of the men and arrest them temporarily.

He had presented a forged vaccination certificate at the entrance control.

Bavaria: Corona violations will continue to be punished

Because violations had to be punished in around 30 percent of all controls over the last weekend, the Central Franconian Police Headquarters appeals to the population to comply with the applicable rules.

Police Vice President Adolf Blöchl said: “Behavior that endangers the health or even the life of other people is not a trivial offense.

Anyone who cheats here is acting largely antisocial.

That is why the Central Franconian police will continue to monitor compliance with the access regulations and consistently punish violations. ”
