Four months after launching the series of grinding products, the Israeli food-tech company presents the next step • Plank and lamb-style plank chunks • "We have the unique technological capabilities to produce every chunk that the cow knows how to offer"

At a global event held in four cities at the same time, the Israeli company Redfin Meat presented the next step in the transition to meat substitutes that look, smell, feel and taste like a regular piece of meat.

The chunks presented by the company - did not think it was possible to produce until recently technologically, but an audience of journalists and guests in Tel Aviv, Berlin, London and Amsterdam foresaw a very deceptive sight of chunks of meat that look no less amazing and even behave like completely real meat.

Both in terms of the texture in the mouth, through the smell of the product and the taste of course, which to the taste of my non-Olympic palate - were very tasty and I would not guess for a moment that this is not real meat.

The company, which caters mainly to meat eaters who want to reduce the amount of meat consumption, produces 'new meat', based only on plants and developed using a variety of advanced technologies that also use a 3D printer to give meat the taste and behavior of cooking like animal meat.

: “We present chunks of flavor and texture that have surprised the world’s leading chefs, and we have the unique technological capabilities to produce every slice a cow knows how to offer.

Thanks to our continued close collaboration with leading culinary professionals, we plan to accelerate the launch of our products in Europe and then the US and Asia, and later expand into the retail market as well.

In recent weeks we have seen world leaders gather in Glasgow to commit to and address the climate crisis and announce significant goals such as stopping rainforest deforestation by 2030. Achieving this important goal requires a dramatic reduction in the amount of cows raised for food and therefore, the consumption of meat we eat. We, as meat lovers, focus on deeds rather than talk, and bring our promise to the kitchens of leading chefs in the country and in the world today, and not in 2030. In order to bring about the required change, we were able to bridge the gap, producing delicious cuts that will help meat lovers consume 'new meat' with maximum enjoyment and without compromising. "

British chef Marco Pierre White, who has won three Michelin stars, said:

"When I first tasted Redfin Meat products, I did not believe it was not animal meat. It is already clear that we should all consume less animal meat, but the reality is that so far no meat substitutes market "It was varied and delicious enough to fit into the menus of our restaurants. Redefine Meat's 'new' meat products are inspiring - they benefit the environment and provide the necessary nutritional needs of meat, without having to compromise on texture and taste."
