"It is relatively coordinated for us because we can now only give vaccinations by appointment," reports Böck.
“But our call center is overloaded.
People are pushing for appointments - better today than tomorrow. ”Most of the callers are about boosting, but there are also more and more inquiries about primary vaccinations.

However, the vaccination center will only be able to cope with the new dynamic from next week.
Because the new vaccine will be ordered on November 23rd - adapted to the significantly increased demand.
“We want to ramp up operations again to around 500 vaccinations per day,” emphasizes Böck.
For comparison: around 170 people are currently receiving an injection every day.
