Bringing a souvenir from vacation is a must for most: from snacks and clothing to decorative items, there is a lot on offer in the souvenir shops or directly at the airport.

At a machine at Son Sant Joan Airport in Palma de Mallorca, this is available in
cans for 3.50 euros each

A QR code on the can gives holidaymakers more information and the route that the buyer has to cover from his location in order to visit the attraction, as the

Mallorca souvenir is supposed to create a new trend
Behind the curious souvenir is the Shaire brand from the Mallorcan marketing company Coent.
The
aim of
the product is to “
stand out from the norm and create a different souvenir that
recalls the custom of buying a postcard with a
souvenir photo of
the place visited, but at the same time distancing oneself from the traditional concept”, quotes the online portal

According to Mallorca Zeitung, the air cans should contain various ingredients depending on the printed motif.
The souvenir with a photo of Palma should contain, for example, “20 percent of a night in Palma and 30 percent of a paradisiacal ambience”.
How well the souvenirs actually go down with tourists is not known.
