The Polish border guards published these recordings on Twitter.
They show the escalating situation at the Polish-Belarusian border crossing in Kuźnica.
Migrants have been waiting here for a week - now many of them want to cross the border by force.
The authorities also document the robust response on Twitter: the border guards use water cannons.
The Belarusian state television is also showing the operation - filmed from a drone.
These pictures are also published: people throwing stones and other objects at Polish border guards and destroying border fences.
Further recordings by the Polish authorities also document the violence: A police spokesman said that the migrants had been equipped with firecrackers and tear gas by the Belarusian side.
A policeman was said to have been injured by a thrown object and taken to hospital with suspected broken skull.
According to the Polish border guards, around 4,000 refugees are currently camping in icy temperatures on the Belarusian side of the border.
Most of the people coming from the Middle East want to get to Poland and thus to the EU.
Many of them name Germany as their destination.
