The Washington Wizards and Danny Abdia tonight (Monday through Tuesday) defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 100: 105.
The first quarter of the NBA game was close and ended with a 25-25 result, the Israeli Abdia played during the first quarter for about six minutes and then scored two points and made one assist.
The first quarter was led by Pelicans player Brandon Ingram who scored 10 points.
The second quarter ended with the Pelicans scoring 33 points, more than double the Wizards who scored just 16 points, which led New Orleans to end the first half of the game with a 17-point gap with a score of 58 points versus Washington's 41 points.
At the end of the first half Abdia played about 9 minutes while scoring 5 points in total.

The second half of the game opened and the Wizards managed to narrow the gap slightly from the end of the second quarter, after the Wizards were the ones who set the tone and scored 32 points compared to the Pelicans' 22 points.
The result of the game stood after the third quarter on a difference of 7 points and stood at 80-73 in favor of New Orleans.
After the third quarter Abdia played about 16 minutes and scored 7 points.
The final quarter of the game was much tighter and during it Washington managed to narrow the score gap against New Orleans and made a comeback.
The Wizards scored 32 points compared to the Pelicans who scored just 20.
The result of the game ended, as mentioned, with Washington's victory over New Orleans with a result of 100: 105.
Danny Abdia,
with a strong game and a double-double, scored 11 points during the game and led the team in the number of rebounds with 10 rebounds in total.
Abdia once again demonstrated excellent defensive play and remained on the floor for 28 minutes - a record since the start of the season.
