125 days ago, the seven-year-old girl, Joan Kayed, is crying out to the international community to save the life of her father, who is fighting an empty intestine battle inside the Israeli occupation prisons with four prisoners in protest against the continuous crimes of the occupation against about 5,000 prisoners and to send a message to the international community about their suffering. Perhaps he will break his silence and move to stop these Crimes and pressure on the occupation to release sick prisoners and hunger strikers.

The girl Joan, innocently childhood, launched distress calls mixed with fear and anxiety for her father's life, saying, "I want my father alive to live my childhood in his arms. I want him to get out of the prison." He suffers from intermittent loss of consciousness, irregular heartbeat, and a drop in blood pressure and fluid levels in his body, which puts him at risk of death at any moment.

The five prisoners on hunger strike who are writing a legendary saga inside the occupation prisons are Kayed Phosphos, who has been detained since July 2020, the striker for 125 days, Alaa Al-Araj, who has been detained since last June and has been on hunger strike for 101 days, Hisham Abu Hawash, who has been detained since October 2020, the striker for 92 days, and Ayyad Al-Harimi, who has been arrested Since last April, he has been on hunger strike for 55 days, and Louay Al-Ashqar has been arrested since last October, and has been on hunger strike for 37 days.

In a statement to SANA’s reporter, Khaled al-Fasfous, brother of the captive Kayed, said: “My brother is in a critical and very dangerous health condition, and he is fighting death after the appearance of a blood clot and general weakness in all his body functions and indications of the presence of a clot in the brain,” calling on the international community, especially the Security Council, to assume its responsibilities towards What happens to the prisoners of deliberate killing by the Israeli occupation.

Imad Abu Hawash, brother of the prisoner Hisham, indicated that his brother uses a wheelchair and suffers from severe pains in the head, chest and kidneys, loses consciousness frequently and lives in difficult health conditions in a solitary cell, warning of a stroke or stroke for his brother, who lost half his weight.

He explained that his brother has four children waiting to be embraced, especially his child, Ezz El-Din, who is undergoing a kidney removal operation today in the absence of his father, who also suffers from serious kidney diseases, stressing that the medical fate of his captive brother Hisham is very dangerous in light of his critical health condition, and more than 70 notes have been sent. Human rights organizations, consulates and embassies around the world are asking them to save his life, but these humanitarian demands and appeals have not been deafening.

As for Jamal Al Harimi, the father of the captive Ayyad, he says with burning and pain that his son’s body has weakened in light of his hunger strike, but he will continue to fight the battle of empty intestines steadfastly and patiently until he is free, noting at the same time that his 28-year-old son was arrested five times in the past and spent about 10 years Inside the occupation prisons, during which he was subjected to physical and psychological torture, he called on all the free people of the world and its human rights organizations to urgently intervene to save the lives of the prisoners in light of the slow death policy pursued by the occupation against them.

For his part, Head of Studies and Documentation Unit in the Prisoners’ Affairs Authority, Abdel Nasser Farwana, pointed out that the health conditions of the five prisoners on hunger strike are seriously deteriorating, and one of them may rise as a martyr, especially phosphorous, at any moment, indicating that the lame prisoner has lost most of his weight, which has dropped to 46 kilograms.

Farwaneh pointed out that what the occupation practices against the prisoners is a war crime, and urgent requests were submitted to several countries during the visit of a delegation from the Prisoners' Affairs Authority to the European Union and to international organizations to urgently intervene and save the lives of prisoners who suffer tragic conditions, especially that the occupation was not satisfied with ignoring the prisoners' demands. The hunger strikers are even placed in solitary confinement, and medical neglect and complete prohibition of visits are practiced against them.

The spokesman for the Mohajat Al-Quds Foundation, Muhammad Al-Shaqaqi, explained that the continuous strike of the five prisoners represents a battle filled with lessons of perseverance and challenge, as they are waged and controlled by hunger from the depths of heroism and the arteries of their bodies, which have dissolved and become besieged by diseases and death.

Al-Shaqaqi indicated that the heroic prisoners entered a critical health condition due to the occupation’s deliberate killing of them slowly, especially that a number of them are threatened with a sudden cardiac arrest, led by the phosphorous captive. Attention of the world to the harsh conditions of detention suffered by about 5,000 prisoners, 600 of whom are in need of urgent medical intervention, not just the hunger strikers.
