The facts took place on Sunday November 7 at around 7 p.m.

A 45-year-old woman goes to Vichy station to buy a train ticket and then goes to the station's toilets before returning home.

A man, who had approached her on the esplanade of the station a few moments before, follows her closely without her noticing.

He then imposes sexual touching on her and then rapes her, with his finger and his penis.

The individual then leaves the scene while the victim takes refuge in a bar, from where she warns the police.

Auditioned, the respondent admitted to having stroked the arms and legs of the forty-something but denied the rape.
