All over Bavaria, increased corona controls took place over the weekend.
In the Weilheim-Schongau district, it was also checked whether everyone was adhering to the strict rules.
A landlord is now threatened with a fine of up to 5000 euros.
District - On request, Klaus Mergel, Vice-Spokesman for the District Office, announced that a total of 22 restaurants and six gambling halls had been visited by an employee of the District Office.
Two to three police officers were present at each of the controls.
“On Friday evening a colleague from the Office for Public Safety and Order was out with PI Penzberg, on Saturday evening with PI Weilheim and PI Schongau.
In other words, it covers the whole area, in cities as well as in smaller communities, ”says Mergel.
Guests as well as operators and employees were checked, as well as whether they were fulfilling their duty of control.
Landlord let in guest who had not been vaccinated, recovered or tested
According to Mergel, there was one hit: a guest was sitting in a bar who had neither been vaccinated, nor recovered, nor tested.
He is now subject to a fine of 250 to 300 euros, the operator must expect a possible fine of up to 5000 euros.
There were also three other possible cases.
In one case it is still unclear whether the PCR text is correct, in another there are doubts about the proof of vaccination and in the third case there are doubts about a proof of recovery.
All three are currently being checked for authenticity by the health department.
"If the doubts are confirmed, there will also be a fine procedure in the amount of 250 to euros for those affected," says Mergel.
In the Landsberg district there were two complaints in eight controls, not a single one in 49 in the Starnberg district.
