The concept will first be implemented in the United States at the beginning of next year, before being gradually extended to other countries in the course of 2022. Initially, the service will focus on the most popular modules, such as iPhone screens, batteries and cameras.
It will gradually be extended to other functions.
And the less do-it-yourselfers will always be able to continue to have their devices repaired by approved professionals.
Apple has long been resistant to the very idea that a user can intervene on one of its machines.
