The municipal test centers only offer PCR tests (no rapid tests).
These are only carried out for authorized persons, i.e. people who are entitled to a free PCR test.
The following persons are entitled to a free PCR test:
People with a positive antigen rapid test result (evidence: the rapid test)
People who have received the notice "Increased risk" via the Corona warning app (evidence: Corona warning APP)
Pregnant and breastfeeding women (proof: maternity card)
People who cannot be vaccinated against COVID-19 due to a medical contraindication or who could not be vaccinated in the past three months due to a medical contraindication.
(Proof: doctor's certificate)
Employees of inpatient care facilities, outpatient care services and recognized offers for support in everyday life (evidence: certificate from the relevant facility)
Patients, residents, cared for in facilities according to Section 4, Paragraph 2 TestV upon (re) admission (e.g. facilities for the care and accommodation of elderly, disabled or people in need of care or comparable facilities) (evidence: certificate from the relevant facility)
Employees of inpatient facilities for people with disabilities (evidence: certificate from the relevant facility)
