This is essentially what the man's lawyers, represented by the lawyers Paolo Sevesi, Sara Carsaniga and Paolo Polizzi, argued before the Milan Review Court to request the revocation of the precautionary order, issued by the investigating judge of Pavia, which gave rise to the international arrest warrant against the 58-year-old.
