In France, security forces arrested two supporters of a far-right movement.
The two men had planned "violent actions," it said on Wednesday, according to the police and the judiciary.
The domestic secret service found the men using encrypted messages.
During searches, several dozen weapons and materials for building explosives were found.
One of the men was arrested in Montauban, near Toulouse, during an investigation by the Anti-Terrorist Prosecutor's Office.
According to information from the judiciary, it is a municipal employee.
The 46-year-old had exchanged information about the purchase of weapons with the second man who was arrested near Bordeaux via the Telegram intelligence service.
Both men are reported to have connections to the prepper scene preparing for an apocalyptic event (read more here).
