Hungary recorded today 10,265 new infections with the Corona virus during the past 24 hours, the highest toll since the end of last March.
The Hungarian Ministry of Health said in a statement today that the total number of infections since the outbreak of the epidemic amounted to 432,976 injuries, and 32,514 deaths.
As a result of this significant increase in the number of HIV infections during the past two days, the ministry warned citizens of the rapid spread of the fourth wave that the country is witnessing, calling on everyone to strictly adhere to preventive measures and start taking the third dose of the vaccine for those who took the first and second doses.
The European Agency in charge of epidemiological diseases classified Hungary among the European countries experiencing a very worrying epidemiological situation.
