When it comes to crayfish, they will always be labelled with negative labels such as "specialized food waste" and "drainage cultivation".
In addition to reviving local fish ponds, local companies have raised 800,000 Hong Kong crayfish in large quantities this year, hoping to "wash the bottom" of crayfish.
They can live in layered shrimp houses like modular houses, or they can be polycultured with gem fish. The main products are "Hong Kong Produce", "High Quality" and "Certified by Food Safety." I also hope that this experience can revitalize the fish ponds, attract young people to join the industry, and revitalize the fish farming industry in Hong Kong.
