Maccabi Tel Aviv returned tonight (Wednesday) to the winning track in the Euroleague when they defeated Monaco 84:95 at the end of a fine and quality game at Menora Mivtachim Hall.
The French team, which is considered one of the most surprising, made it difficult for the Yellows until the last minutes, but the Yellows were determined to achieve the victory at home after the loss to CSKA Moscow in the last round.

Scotty Wilbkin, who has been in less-than-good shooting ability in recent games, has made a big comeback and broke his personal record in the Euroleague with 37 points, including 6 of 12 from outside the arc and 8 assists.
Ante Žižić who is in tremendous shape since returning from injury excelled under the baskets with a double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds.
Maccabi Tel Aviv does not have time for celebrations because tomorrow it will travel to Greece where it will be hosted by the Hall of Peace and Fraternity at Olympiacos for a game in which a victory will put it in a great position.
