The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation signed a roadmap for cooperation in the field of caring for persons with disabilities and the exchange of experiences and knowledge on best practices in the field of rehabilitation and social inclusion.
Director of Planning and International Cooperation in the Ministry Mahmoud Al-Kawa, who signed the map yesterday on behalf of the Syrian side, told SANA that the start of the road map’s activities will be at the beginning of 2022 and aims to enhance cooperation between the two sides and exchange experiences and knowledge in the field of caring for persons with disabilities and support in the field of prosthetic limbs, pointing to Receiving a shipment of aid destined to support the Ministry's social welfare institutes.
The signing of the map comes within the agenda of the joint Syrian-Russian meeting to follow up on the work of the international conference on the return of refugees.
