Now a month and a half from the entry into force of the law imposing the real 35 hours in town halls, on January 1, 2022, the positions of both seem to be clarified.
While a majority of large cities bow to it with varying degrees of enthusiasm, a few continue to resist.
In a press release published on November 5, the Ministry of Transformation and Public Service put pressure on them.
