Efforts to resolve the crisis continue:
Israel Today has learned that a third country is assisting in an attempt to secure the release of the Israeli couple detained in Turkey on suspicion of espionage.
According to the source in the same country who spoke with "Israel Today", there is a good and positive dialogue on the issue with senior Turkish intelligence officials.
Only yesterday, Turkey received its first official official response to the arrest of the Israeli couple, Natalie and the Oknin rebels: "They not only watched the house, but also marked it," said Interior Minister Suleiman Soilo.
He said, "They were arrested on charges of military-political espionage.
"They photographed the president's residence," Minister Soilo said.
"Not only did they focus on the place, they also marked it. Security officials, who saw it there, intervened in the issue. The matter was transferred to the State Attorney's Office with the information in their possession. Here, too, the State Attorney's Office conducted an assessment, and the arrest was made."
He said, "The next step is the court. The assessment is that we can call the crime 'military-political espionage.' The courts will make their own decisions later."

On the other hand, Natalie and the Oknin rebels, the couple arrested in Istanbul, filed an appeal yesterday against their arrest in Turkey.
Defense attorney Nir Jaslovitch also visited Natalie Oknin last night, when during the meeting she asked him to show the authorities videos in which she is participating in Egged's campaign, in order to prove that she is not connected to intelligence organizations.
