Zion for his part, opened a run towards that man, turned him with his hands so that he stood in front of him and pushed him back while threatening him: "Who do you think you are talking to? I will fuck you."

He then punched him in the jaw using a punch.

The complainant asked to call the police and then a lawsuit began again between the two, during which the man warned Zion that he was expected to undergo surgery and asked that he not be harmed.

At the sentencing hearing, defense attorney Avi Amiram asked the judge to overturn his client's criminal conviction.

I would never have gone to mediation if they had not added it.

I checked myself well after the incident.

No doubt no matter what he told me, I committed an offense.

I should not have done what I did. "

On the other hand, the representative of the prosecution stated that Naor Zion had a criminal case that ended without a conviction from 2017. According to her, the complainant in this case detailed his physical and mental injury, and following the injury he received 25 percent disability after the attack and had difficulty returning to work.

The prosecution stated that it insisted on a criminal conviction, among other things, because it had been exactly one year since the revocation of Zion's conviction and he had returned to committing an offense.
