The Prosecution Division of the Shefela Area Police has filed an indictment in the Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court against a 29-year-old city resident for threatening MK Mai Golan (Likud).
The investigation against the young man opened at the end of August, after the Knesset member complained to the Knesset officer that the defendant posted a post against her on her Facebook page and wrote there, among other things: "Moroccan junk, I would have raped you and returned in reverse."

The Knesset officer referred the complaint to the police, who located and arrested the writer of the post.
Now, as stated, it has been decided to file an indictment against him for threatening offenses: "In his actions, the defendant threatened the Knesset member with unlawful injury to her body with the intention of intimidating or teasing."
Attached to the indictment is a record of the things written in the post attributed to the defendant.
The motive for the things he wrote was not published.
