“Fine instrument”: Kirchdorf makes a decision in principle for building projects

At the recent Kirchdorfer municipal council meeting, a decision in principle for building projects was made.

And the pandemic was also an issue.

Kirchdorf

- According to Mayor Uwe Gerlsbeck (CSU), with the fundamental resolution of an inclusion statute for Kirchdorf, a “fine instrument” has now been created to be able to implement a few building projects.

But one thing would be in the foreground: only for personal use.

(By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Freising newsletter.)

Orientation on the local model

This is important to Gerlsbeck: “You can't just build on every corner.” However, in order to have a legal basis for converting any areas into building plots, a fundamental resolution on an inclusion statute is essential in order to have a legal basis as a community. Here, according to Gerlsbeck, when asked by FT, Kirchdorf is very much orienting itself towards the local model. Because if a meadow or a field becomes a building plot, i.e. is included in a development plan, this must not lead to an increase in property. Means: If the client already owns property in Kirchdorf, he must sell it if the client wants to use an inclusion.

This currently affects seven to eight potential areas in Kirchdorf that could then be built on.

"But he is not allowed to build in a six-in-hand car," explained the town hall chief.

A maximum of 500 square meters may be used, and a residential commitment of 15 years is also planned.

Often, however, for various reasons, inclusion is not possible anyway, as Gerlsbeck emphasized.

What is also not possible: If a plot of land has then been built on, it cannot be further included at the new border - because then the village would become more and more frayed.

The majority of the Kirchdorf municipal council gave the go-ahead for this fundamental decision, as a building applicant is already in the starting blocks.

Waste separation at the cemetery

Something will soon change at the Kirchdorfer Friedhof too - namely in terms of waste separation.

Currently there is only the option of disposing of any waste in a residual waste bin.

However, the Greens do not like that, who applied for separate containers for compostable waste such as flowers at the latest municipal council meeting.

"That is a good story", as Gerlsbeck said, although the behavior of the citizens with regard to waste separation after installing a bio bin must first be observed.

Christmas market canceled

However, the city hall boss hardly had more time to observe the pandemic in the Causa citizens' meeting, which he had actually scheduled for November 26th.

"Quite honestly," said Gerlsbeck, "it will most likely fail." Because Kirchdorf has "caught it now" when it comes to the Corona cases.

The Christmas market, originally planned for Saturday, December 4th, has been canceled - as has the senior event organized by the women's association.

According to Gerlsbeck, the course of the pandemic is "sheer madness".

He was very relieved that the municipality had decided early enough on air purification devices for the school and the children's home.
