The corporation accused the manager of repeatedly forging or altering bank account statements, etc., and improperly obtained more than 10 million yuan in housing estates.
As the employer of the manager, the property management company also has to bear legal responsibility.
The plaintiff is the Incorporated Owners of Caimingyuan, and the defendant is Huang Weilong (transliteration, hereinafter referred to as: Huang) and Jiading Property Management Co., Ltd.
The plaintiff alleged that Jiading was the property management company of the plaintiff’s housing estate at the time of the case, and Huang Ze was an employee of Jiading and the property management manager of the plaintiff’s housing estate.
The plaintiff alleges that in the 10 years before June 2021, Huang Duofan forged or altered bank account statements and checks, etc., and improperly transferred more than 10 million yuan in the plaintiff's bank account to Huang's account.
The plaintiff demanded compensation from Huang for the above-mentioned fraudulent acts. As Huang's employer when the case was committed, Jiading was also liable for these fraudulent acts. Therefore, the plaintiff also claimed compensation from Jiading.
