Corona summit: draft resolution leaked! This is in the Merkel-Söder plan on lockdown, 2G and children

After the pandemic plans, the CDU / CSU and Angela Merkel's Chancellery are submitting their own Corona resolution proposal to the “traffic light”.

And she has the talent.

Munich / Berlin - Even on the day before the eagerly anticipated Corona summit between the federal and state governments on Thursday (November 18), there is a heavy bang between Berlin, Düsseldorf and Munich.

The new NRW Prime Minister Hendrik Wüst (CDU) attacked the Corona plans of the "traffic light" from the SPD, Greens and FDP violently.

But that's not all: A highly explosive and contested corona summit is on the horizon. The parliamentary groups of the SPD, Greens and FDP had sharpened their draft law again. The federal states should be able to impose contact restrictions and, for example, have the option of limiting the number of guests in restaurants and spectators at sporting events - despite 2G.

But that's not enough for the Union. These days, the sisters from the CDU and Bavarian CSU are suggesting how they apparently want to interpret their opposition work - offensively and, if necessary, designed for confrontation. On Wednesday evening,

on one of its draft resolutions for the deliberations on the planned Corona law in the German Bundestag, in the Bundesrat and at the Bund-Länder summit.

2G is to be applied uniformly and nationwide.

Partial lockdowns should be possible regionally depending on the infection rate.

And even economic aid should take effect again in the event of possible closings.

• 2G rule: Consistent and comprehensive for unvaccinated people.

  the draft resolution states

  : "The federal states will therefore, if they have not already done so, access to leisure events and facilities, cultural events and facilities, sporting events and exercises and other events - especially indoors -, dining facilities, and body-friendly services and limit accommodation to vaccinated and convalescent people (comprehensive 2G regulation) in order to break the infection dynamics. "

• Partial lockdown for hotspots:

  The CDU and CSU do not mention possible school closings.

• Home office obligation:

   It must be possible to work at home, wherever and whenever possible.

  Exceptions are, for example, the manufacturing industry or the handicrafts, if services cannot be provided at home.

• 3G in buses, trains and trams:

  The 3G rule is to be introduced in public transport.

  Means: In addition to the usual ticket, inspectors would also have to check the passengers' corona evidence.

• 2G plus in discos, clubs and bars:

   If you want to go to a discotheque, club or bar, you must submit a negative test in addition to proof of a (booster) vaccination against Corona or proof of recovery from the virus.
