Especially in the currently dark days you should use every opportunity to be outside in the fresh air and enjoy the few rays of sunshine.
And when it's foggy in the valley and the sun is shining on the peaks, then such a mountain tour is something nice.
Exercise and healthy eating are supposed to strengthen the immune system.
Although this won't help against a virus, it will generally give the body a lot of strength.
