The Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda has restarted five wells, after completing their maintenance and repair.
The director of maintenance and investment in the corporation, Eng. Samih Nasr, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the restarted wells include Shaqqa 2, Al-Tha’la station No. 4 and 11, and Suwayda No. 6 and 26, with an abundance of 25 cubic meters per hour for each well.
Nasr indicated that the foundation's workshops are currently working on repairing the Khalla 4 wells, Deir al-Laban 1 and the Thala station 8, while following up on any malfunctions that may arise and dealing with them according to the priorities and available capabilities.
A few days ago, the Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda restarted the wells of the Baka 7 triangle feeding the Salkhad, Tema 2, As-Suwayda 25 and Al-Shaqrawiya areas.
