One case of violence has been reported in India which is perplexing.
A minor is said to have been raped hundreds of times.
New Delhi / Munich - A terrible rape case is said to have occurred in India: A girl is said to have been raped not just once, but hundreds of times by hundreds of men.
The talk is of the "most tragic (rape) case in history", as the Indian suffragette Yogita Bhayana calls it.
According to

, a 16-year-old Indian woman claims before the Indian Child Welfare Committee (CWC) that around 400 perpetrators in the Beed, Maharashtra state, committed the minor.

The case begins with a tragic family story: Her father and her 33-year-old husband had sexually abused her.
At that time she was still 13.
Then she ran away from home.
She slept at a bus stop and asked for money.
Three men would then have forced the girl into sex work, according to CWC chairman Abhay Vitthalrao Vanave.
The total number of rapists that the girl then had to be available to was difficult to confirm.
But she could identify 25 of them.
The police have registered cases against eight men, including a minor.
The cases are related to rape and the law protecting children from sexual offenses, as well as the prohibition of child marriage.
Seven men were arrested.

In 2020 alone, according to the National Crime Records Bureau, more than 28,000 cases were reported, which corresponds to about one rape every 18 minutes.
The real number is probably much higher.
