Case No. 12399 is a 53-year-old man who has visited Germany and Portugal and arrived in Hong Kong on CX288 on November 14. He had received two doses of Fubitel vaccine in Hong Kong and was diagnosed during the quarantine period.

Case 12,400 is a 30-year-old man who arrived in Hong Kong from the UK by BA027 on November 14 and had received two doses of Forbidex in the UK.

Another 28-year-old man, case number 12401, arrived in Hong Kong from Pakistan via the UAE on EK384 on November 14. He has received a dose of Kwisha vaccine in Pakistan.
