The city of Puchheim is now also drawing conclusions from the drastically increasing number of corona infections in the district.
There will be no Christmas market this winter either.
Puchheim
- Now it's official: The city of Puchheim is also canceling the Christmas market due to the current Corona developments.
The Sternderlmarkt would have taken place on the first weekend of Advent in the PUC cultural center.
This means that there will be no Christmas market in the eastern district.
The city of Olching had already announced on Wednesday that the Christmas market had been canceled.
One last hope was placed in the move to the fairground, but then came the urgent appeal from District Administrator Thomas Karmasin (CSU).
He had asked the municipalities not to allow the markets to take place due to the development of the corona pandemic.
