Sudanese security forces fired tear gas canisters on Thursday (November 18th) at dozens of protesters, a witness said in the northern suburbs of Khartoum where at least 11 protesters were killed on Wednesday.

In Khartoum-North, the demonstrators remained all night on their barricades, continuing to protest against the military coup of October 25 and braving a total cut of the internet and the telephone, restored Thursday.
