For those who have not heard, in recent days the 13th World E-Sports Championship has been held in our small country, in the city of Eilat.

On Tuesday, the opening whistle began the festive event in which players and teams from all over the world came to Israel to compete and win their country the title of "World Champion" on behalf of the World Electronic Sports Federation.

On the first day of the Overwolf Israel team, the Dota, eFootball and Tekken players recorded impressive achievements, but it was the Israeli counter-strike team that unfortunately found itself eliminated from the tournament.

Yesterday during the day (Wednesday, 17.11) took place the second day of the tournament which is considered a tough day for the team.

Our Israeli players in Dota were defeated 2-0 against the Czech national team, but a 2-0 victory over Guatemala put them in the semifinals of the losing house, so they are not eliminated from the tournament and get their Second Wind.

The second day is also the day we sadly say goodbye to the Israeli Tekken player

Adir Amiel

who was eliminated from the competition, after a 3-0 loss to the Venezuelan player in the quarterfinals.

Israel's eFootball player,

Uriel Daniel

brings a very impressive performance on the field, and he played four games during the day: in the first two he defeated the Swedish player 3-0, in the second game the Polish player 3-1.

It was the Greek player who managed to stop the winning streak of Ural that defeated him 3-0, and it was the fourth game against the Portuguese player that was particularly tense and ended 3-2, which raised our Israeli to the quarterfinals.
