A Miami estate that once belonged to the Madonna singer is up for sale for more than $ 31 million and the seller is a German Shepherd dog named Gunther VI, who inherited the estate along with a small fortune of half a million dollars.
At this point you are probably asking yourself: WTF ?!
And rightly so.
So let's draw a little pedigree that will explain everything (well, maybe not everything, but the majority).
Carlotta Livnstein was a German countess who created a mutual fund for the benefit of her beloved dog - Gunther III, great-grandfather of Gunther VI.
When Countess Carlotta died in 1992, Gunther III became a very wealthy puppy, he inherited money and property - among them this estate, where the singer Madonna used to live.

Since then, the dogs of the dynasty have lived a furry and comfortable luxury life, which includes flights to Milan and the Bahamas.
In fact, the Bahamas are the favorite vacation destination for Gunther VI, and he tends to dine there in restaurants.
He of course only flies in private jets, because flying with other dogs in the trunk is really not his level.
However, when he is not vacationing in exotic destinations, he eats meals cooked by a private chef - and the TMZ website reports that caviar is one of his favorite foods.
Loves caviar, flights to the Bahamas and chasing tennis balls.

Gunther slept in the master bedroom of the house, where Madonna herself also slept when she was the owner of the property.
The estate is located on a spacious area and is considered one of the highest quality properties that have entered the local real estate market recently. By the way, when Madonna bought it about twenty years ago, she paid $ 7.5 million for it.
"He literally sleeps in a room that overlooks the most spectacular view there is, in an Italian bed by special order in the bedroom that was previously owned by the biggest pop star in the world," concluded the real estate agent who handles the sale of the property.
Is it just us, or does it sound like this broker is jealous of the dog?
Tachles, you can understand why.
