The aim of this work is to measure the impact on the disposable income of the French of the fiscal and social measures taken by the executive since the election of 2017. It is not an assessment of the evolution of the power of purchase, which otherwise should incorporate changes in price, income, or employment.
We observe a positive effect which is an annual average of 1.6% for all households.
But behind this average, there is a great heterogeneity of situations.
