The Dachau wish tree campaign starts on Saturday, November 20, at 9 a.m.
The spruce covered with wish lists is placed in front of the candisserie.
Dachau - In order to comply with hygiene regulations and avoid crowding in the tree, there are individual tables at which wish-fulfillers can read through the wishes in peace and in compliance with the Corona.
The more than 700 wish lists were issued this year by charitable institutions such as the Franziskuswerk Schönbrunn, Caritas, Haus des Lebens, Weitblick, Heimatstern, the Asylum, Kursana working group and many more.
The lovingly wrapped parcels can be handed in to the candisserie until December 15th.
They are collected and stacked in the Weimer und Paulus agency in the old town.
On Christmas Eve, the presents lie under the Christmas tree and bring joy.
