The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection announced today that the next round of selling sugar and rice via the electronic card will start on Saturday, the fourth of next December.
The ministry clarified on its Facebook page that with the start of the new session, the citizen will also be able to request the identification of the hall to obtain his allocations of sugar and sunflower oil by positive intervention through the Wayne application or Telegram.
During the months of October and November last year, a new mechanism was implemented for families to obtain their allocations of sugar and rice by specifying their requests electronically through the mobile application Wayne dedicated to receiving gas cylinders or through the Telegram channel or the website of the electronic card project or through the USSD service at the number 9884 square star.
The beneficiary receives a text message that includes the date of receiving the materials from the hall specified by him within a day from the date the message was received. If he is unable to do so within the specified period, he can re-apply to take a new role.
