The coalition negotiations between the SPD, the Greens and the Left in Berlin will take longer than previously planned. The desired coalition agreement should now be in place by next Thursday instead of Wednesday. The SPD state chairman Franziska Giffey announced on Friday on the sidelines of a meeting of the so-called umbrella group, which consists of the heads of the three parties.
